Rules for looking at photographs
What is the subject? What is
the action? What is the setting?
What astonishes you about it?
is it cold or warm? Is beautiful or ugly? Is a message intended? Can you make an
inference about the picture? Ask a question about the picture and answer the
question.
Finally, Look at the picture from the point of view of at least
three different people.
Writing task
What kind of problems does the African American woman have? Make reference to the text.
