What is the subject? What is the action? What is the setting?
 What astonishes you about it?
 is it cold or warm?  Is beautiful or ugly?  Is a message intended?  Can you make an inference about the picture?  Ask a question about the picture and answer the question.
 Finally, Look at the picture from the point of view of at least three different people.
