I
would like to introduce our main speaker Mr Tim Grose.
He’s
from Cornwall コーンウォール in England. He has had a long career of teaching English and has
worked in the UK, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Japan. He taught at Sapporo
Gakuin University for 27 years before retiring a few years ago. His particular
field is teaching ‘global issues’ or “コクサテキナモンダイ”in English and he still does some teaching in this field.
In fact, he wishes he had more time to enjoy hiking and cycling in Hokkaido as
well as keep up with his other pas-times of gardening and reading. And finally traveling
to various parts of the world.
これから We would like to ask you a few fun
questions, OK?
Which historical
Japanese figure do you most admire? I see! How interesting...!
