Introduction:

Bentos are different from an American style lunch, which is usually sandwiches. Japanese food emphasises the presentation of the natural and includes natural ingredients as much as possible.  Bentos are generally a healthy alternative to cafeteria food.

Task

Make an interesting bento and write about it.  Include the advantages and disadvantages of making your own bento.  Include a photograph that supports your composition.  (120 words)
